This harmonious blend combines the decadence of dark chocolate with the boozy allure of granny’s sherry trifle. The beans used in Stocking Filter are from Honduras (Honduras Liquidambar Natural) and Guatemala which are the Yellow Honey Catuaí, Bourbon and Caturra varietals. Natural and washed, these coffee beans are wonderfully diverse and can be used in espresso as well as V60. They have been grown at an altitude of 1350 - 1850 masl.
