Shipping & Returns
We ship all UK orders up to 2kg (except trade orders) via Royal Mail second class, please allow working 2 to 3 days for delivery. Orders over 2kg are shipped via Ipostparcels via next day service which is tracked and has to be signed for.
All non local trade deliveries are shipped via Ipostparcels. Local trade customers (West Yorkshire) usually orders are delivered up to two days after your order has been placed (depending on stock levels) by ourselves.
Shipped as per order, please refer to the page of the product purchased.
Bean brothers do not accept returns on coffee due to the perishable nature of the product. However, we are more than willing to resolve problems as they arise. If you have any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at email@example.com within 2 days of receiving your order. We will do our utmost to ensure that you are satisfied with the service and products we provide, and of course - we are always happy to help.
We would like you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of brewing equipment or apparel. If an item is defective or damaged during shipping please email us via the Contact Us page within 5 days of the purchase date and we will contact you with information on how your return/exchange will be processed. We will not refund the price of shipping. We do not accept returns on used items, items must be unopened and sealed in original packaging to qualify for a return/exchange.
